Cannot find archive folder for iMessages on iMac

I am having problems trying to locate the archive folder for iMessages, there are past history notes posted on the forum that indicate it may have moved but I am running Maverick compared to an older system when the prior note was posted with a similar issue Using Mountain Lion. I am upgraded to the latest iOS as well for Maverick on my iMac.

Amy suggestions would be appreciated as I have a lengthy message I would like saved or archived. On a different message when I go to close it it doesn't get archived even though I have the save conversation on closing enabled, within the imessage preference setting.

i tried restarting the system to see if the archive folder would appear but it was still not present.
